CORMCC - Practise Day - 17th Oct 2021

Hi all,

Hope everyone has been keeping well and doing lots of stuff with your RC cars. We are very excited to announce that on Sunday the 17th of October we are planning to hold our first practise day since COVID-19 lockdown restrictions come into force in the ACT.

**COVID-19 Restrictions**

Although we are very excited to be back at the track, we will still need to abide by the COVID-19 restrictions that will remain in place in the ACT. The restrictions will include the wearing of face masks, social distancing, and a limit of 25 people at the track.

To plan for the 25 person limit, the club has decided that drivers must pre-register via our website, this will also include anyone not racing as we must not exceed the 25 person limit in total. If we will exceed the 25 people limit we may have to instigate some sort of timeslot system (possibly 1/2 day) but we will address this if we are likely to exceed the limit. For this event we also ask that you please pre-pay using the bank details below.

Please note that if your are based in NSW you will be subject to NSW health orders  issued by NSW Government. If you live in an area where the stay at home rules apply, you must stay home. If you are unwell on the day please do not attend the the track.

**New Racers/Novice Drivers**

Anyone with an Off-road RC car (1/10 or 1/8) be it electric or nitro is welcome. Feel free to bring whatever you have down, and we will accommodate you as best we can. It's our aim to make new racers feel as welcome and comfortable as possible so please come down and join in however for this practise day please pre-register.

**Canteen** 

We are still determining if we can run the canteen, we will post more info as we get closer to the date.
